This is the best performance to price build with scope for future updates like additional 8gb RAM, 3000 series Ryzen CPU and HDD for media storage.

1300x CPU can be over-clocked safely to 3.9-4.0GHz and the additional cabinet fans would help in keeping the temps low. Two fans as intake at the front and one as exhaust at the rear would be an apt setup.

Don't skimp on the psu and stay away from VS series, else you will worry later.

Edit:- Gigabyte Aurous RX 570 4gb is sold for 12,700rs in Amazon.in store. Save 1000rs and invest it in a gaming mouse.
